Notes

I do understand the purple mark 12 items are harder to come by or are very expensive. But for items like consoles the blue quality mark 11's will be effective as well.

erm zander with the borg asimilated console you might have to change that when season 7 launches it wont work as it is when season 6 was on

I have a similar setup on my Advanced Escort, excet I'm using 3 phased polaron DHC Mk XI,XII, 3 phased polaron turretts Mk XI (all purple), front & aft transphasic torps Mk XI (green). I'm using both Monotanium Mk XI & Neutronium Mk XI (blue). Lastly, my Lt Engineer is using eng team 1 & reverse shield polarity. I use the Breen set for my shields, deflector, & engines. So far, it seems to be working out great.
